We like to keep things simple here at The Fixing Hut - we take care for your instrument and your data. As such, we follow all GDPR protocols and do not store any data after repairs are complete.
During your repair we take a name & number from you and pop this on a contact sheet inside your instrument case (for co-ordinating each instrument and its owner). Upon repair completion we hand this contact sheet back to you alongside a printed invoice. We keep no online or computer based entry of your data at any point beyond this. Your data is not passed on to anyone.
